The parcel will be offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis, and the Village of Donalda makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, vacant possession, or the developability of the subject land for any intended use by the Purchaser.
Terms: Cash or certified Cheque. Deposit 15% of purchase price at time of sale with balance due within 30 days of sale (November 30, 2017). Goods and Services Taxes (GST) applicable as per Canadian Government.
The Village of Donalda may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
