The property will be subject to the Tax Sale if tax arrears remain outstanding prior to the Tax Sale. The property will be offered for sale, subject to reserve bid and to the reservation and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.
This property is being offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis and the Village of Paradise Valley makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the developability of the subject land for any intended use by the Purchaser. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of the parcel. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by the Village of Paradise Valley.
The Village of Paradise Valley may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Terms: Cash or certified cheque or bank draft at the time of the sale payable to the Village of Paradise Valley.
The Purchaser will be required to execute a sale agreement in form and substance provided by the Municipality.
GST will be collected on the property subject to GST.
The Purchaser is responsible for registration of the transfer including registration fees.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
