Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, the City of Cold Lake will offer for sale, by public auction, at City Hall, Cold Lake, Alberta, on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at 5:00 p.m., the following designated manufactured homes:

The designated manufactured homes will be offered for sale, subject to a reserve bid.

The designated manufactured home is being offered for sale on an “as is, where is”

basis and the City of Cold Lake makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination. No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to the sale of any parcel. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by the City.

The City of Cold Lake may, after the public auction, become the owner of the designated manufactured home not sold at the public auction.

Terms: Cash, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque. A 10% deposit is payable upon the acceptance of the bid at public auction. The balance of the accepted bid is due by April 4, 2018 or the deposit will be forfeited and the City will consider the next bid.

Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
