Starland County will offer for sale, by public auction, in the Starland County
Administration Office, Morrin, Alberta, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at 2:00

The parcels will be offered for sale subject to reserve bids, and to the reservations and
conditions contained in the existing certificates of titles.
The properties are being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and Starland
County makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy
of service, soil conditions, land use districting, building and environmental
contamination, or the ability to develop the subject lands for any intended use of the
purchaser.
No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to
the sale of any parcel. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than
those specified by the County. No further information is available at the auction
regarding the land to be sold.

The above properties may be subject to G.S.T.
Starland County may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of
land not sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
prior to the sale.
